Assisting a dear friend of mine with the task of photographing Kari and Joe's wedding was no small feat. The size of the wedding party was nothing less than daunting, even for two of us. Being put in charge of the groomsmen was an absolute blast. Like most men in formal situations they were all a bit stressed and uneasy with having a strange woman taking their photos. Luckily, I'm fairly good at reading people and quickly bonded with these fellas through my knowledge of all things nerdy.

The poses and edits for this sampling of photos was done with both the bride's and groom's personal tastes in mind. Kari was all about the perfectly pretty wedding, while Joe and his guys were typical rambunctious guys with mischief brewing with each minute they had to wait for the ladies and the big moment they were all desperate to stay clean for. I even sneaked in a special edit just for the Marvel Universe loving groom.
